What does the "B" stand for on a 2001 HAAS VF3B Model?

For a while Haas was selling the machines available with preconfigured option packages, A through D with D having the most options. Could not tell you anymore what B has compared to the others though.

The B normally signifies the machine has a 2 speed gearbox.

Depending on the age of the machine, B could signify gearbox or brushless. What is the serial number? I can look it up and tell you exactly what it means.

    Re: Haas Factory Support

    Hey Ken,

Are you still able to look up Haas serial numbers? I am looking at one in an auction and was wondering if you could tell me everything that came with it new.
    Its a VF3B serial number 1054541.

    Any help would be great.
    Thanks,

    Ryan
