we are trying to set up our new redsail m500 but when we try to send work to it nothing happens, we have found the laser with usb on computer but nothing happens. we have tried putting files onto usb stick but it say no files found. we are using lasercut 5.3 any help please

For our laser machines, I need to install the USB before Installing laserwork sofeware like lasercut 5.3. When you install the USB, please make sure that the USB line connect with the computer and laser machine well( the laser machine should be turned on). Hope this information will be helpful for you. It had better to ask the factory about your laser machine questions. After all, differents factory's laser machines have different setting.
