    THK Grease gun/fitting help

I have a small DIY CNC machine that was built using THK SHS15 linear bearings. I use the machine to teach a high school robotics team about CNC. I need to grease the bearings, but I have no idea what type of fitting is needed to do it. My bearings have 2 different types of fittings, although they all appear to be a SHS15 best I can tell.

I've attached a photo of my X-Z axis where you can see the smaller fitting and the larger one. The larger ones is a .24 OD, the smaller is a .137 OD.

Can anyone help me find the gun fitting to interface these bearings? Need something cheap as I'm on a shoestring budget with the kids. Not a commercial shop, so I can't buy a $500 factory floor tool. Hopefully that's not what it takes.

I've never seen those fittings before. If you have a harbor freight local pick up a box off assorted metric grease fittings and replace them. Pick up a grease gun while your there. Should be less then 30 dollars for everything.

The fittings aren't threaded. They are just pressed in. You can pull them out with pliers. All the grease fittings I've seen are threaded. I hav e anormal grease gun, although I figured I gt one of the little ones for this so I can use smaller tubes of synthetic grease.

Look for a push type gun with a pointed or cup shape tip, like these.
