Question Help! Mach 3 just milling circles now

I've been using Mach 3 on my mill for more than a year without any issues. (I custom built the 3d mill). I've never had any issues until today. I am trying to mill a small logo and text into the material. It has lots of curves. The image rendered in the Mach 3 display window is correct, but it only mills lots of different sized circles touching a single common point. ????? I'm sure it is a setting that I've changed. There is nothing in the g-code that is different than anything I've done before. I tried resetting the "settings" (i.e. backing it up to an older setting), but that had no effect. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Try refreshing the toolpath display, and see if the circles show up in the toolpath display. IF they do, then your IJ mode is probably incorrect.

They do show up in the window. I've tried changing the IJ mode (both absolute and Inc) but nothing changes. Even tried adding G91.1 and G90.1 to the g-code, but same result.

I've tried everything. Any g-code that has curves (G02, G03) generates circles, including old files that previously worked. Any file that is just straight lines works. I've looked through Mach 3 and can't find any other settings other than the IJ setting under General Settings. But this setting doesn't get rid of the circles. I'm assuming that it should be left on Inc. What else can I do?

Did you recently upgrade your version of Mach3?

IJ mode is what causes the circles. There are 100's of posts about this issue here, and changing IJ mode always fixes it.

Nothing has changed with my Mach 3 software. Just went to use it this morning and all I get is crop circles. Every thread I read say change the IJ mode setting...but not sure what to do when that doesn't fix the problem.

What version of Mach3 are you using? I know it works in some versions.
