Bridgeport interact 308 / TNC2500 keeps Tripping out

    Hi all

i have a interact 308 that was running a program, basically the z axis started moving up and "trip" whole machine switches off and the 20AMP trip in the panel was gone

bit of digging and MEGA the Z motor, and down to earth

Motor back from being refurbed and tested as working 100% so plug it back in and switch on, comes up memory test, press CE then asks to reference, press the orange drive button to energise the drives and motor etc and it trips out

swapped the Z drive for another working one and it trips again

any ideas on where to look next??

    thanks all

    Rus
