    Tooling Falls off Racks?

I'm currently using a Intermac Masterstone 4000 primarily fabricating granite, mixed with some quartz and marble. Were having some problems when the machine sends the tooling back to the racks. It sends it back fine, but soon as it releases the tooling it appears to stick as the spindle comes up, furthermore knocking the tools off the rack. Weve tried WD-40 on the bits before using them, weve made sure the bits get the proper lubrication, and also changed the time that it picks the tooling up. Turning the Rapid down to 25% at times. Any clue to what could be? My 2nd guess is that the racks are Weighted down so it lifts the racks a bit when it releases.. any suggestions would be greatly apprecaited..
