Hi, i start my business 3 years ago.
I buy my first china cnc router and start to manufacture doors.
I browse cnczone forums and try to find any guys who make doors too.
At that moment i make doors from mdf.
I have few places there i can get new good drawings for doors ready for cnc.
Lets talk about cnc and how you use it for door manufacturing.

If anybody intresting - i post some pics and photos of my work.
Please do not critic much - this is just panel, not ready door

Yes me too i'm in the middle of a house remodel job.

Ok. We start from simple doors and now we make doors that cost more than 2000-5000$ (i mean outside steel door with mdf panel).
We work with mdf, okoume and solid wood. PVC film, PVC+Patina, painted doors, cracolet, veniere etc...

here some examples of my work (we use 3rd party guys for vector door design but some of designs we make by myself).

So, now i intresting in that door design most popular in your regions/countries/cities?
And what kind of cnc machines and software you use for door making?
