    Okey-dokey....

Two shops have tried to make these and were unable to make them to specifications. The issues are the +0 -.001" OD tolerances, the sharp (.015" radius) inside shoulder, and working with hardened steel.

I would like to point out that both shops were honest and up-front with me about these parts and I am already looking at them for other jobs. Just be honest and we can work everything else out

I'm willing to pay $10 - $15 each on these in quantities of 20.

Anyone else want to take a crack at this, please send me an e-mail.

    Thanks!

By the way, 4140 in a hardened but machinable state is good for these.

We don't have a CNC Lathe, but we have 5 Mazak Mazatrol Mills that would like to quote any and all mill work, if you have any. Thanks.

    Hi all!

Thanks for the great response. I should have remembered I was going on vacation before I asked for more quoters. Anyways, I have plenty of people quoting on this. I will respond to everyone who e-mailed me in the next couple of days.

    Thanks!
