I've recently aquired some analog servo drives which run DC motors on a mill, however the original controller on the mill does not function so I am unable to command the drives to move.

If I can buy a controller that can supply +-10V analog control, how do I go about tuning the servo drives them selves?

I use a galil controller, the servo loop is closed and tuned in the controller. The tuning is performed through their software. Wsdk32 or galilsuite.
