Looking for a quote on a simple drill sleeve. This is used in commercial construction to center a fastener hole through a pre-drilled hole in the material being attached on site. Tolerances can be fairly loose with the exception of OD. This must pass through "Q" size drilled hole. Please quote 100 pieces.

Substitute something for A36? Anything ferrous actually would be better:-). A36 has lousy strength and machining properties, and is not held to tight production standards.

The previous supplier used A36 to keep cost down but there is nothing preventing us from changing material. 12L14 would be a good choice. Given that this sleeve is used in commercial construction and considered disposable, it doesn't have to be a high grade steel.
