    kflop strange reaction

    goog morning
after a few hours of my mill work I wanted to check if the parameters of the axes were still correct. I launched the step / response screen, and with great surprise I noticed that I am no longer able to perform the test.
Let me explain: while for the Z axis I have no problems, for X and Y axes as soon as I press the "MOVE" key kmotion feedhold button flashes and kflop ready LED turns off. Kmotion and kflop is still connected but does not work; the only way out of this situation is to remove and restore power to the system.
But in working condition everything seems to work well, it seems very strange to find myself with this anomaly.
What am I doing wrong? Does anyone have suggestions?

    Beppe

    My mill configuration:
Kflop+Kanalog+Konnect that drive three Yaskawa 800W servo via analog +/-10V output

    Re: kflop strange reaction

    Hi Beppe,

When you push "Move" on the KMotion Step Response Screen the parameters from the Step Response, Config, and Filter Screens are Downloaded to KFLOP before making the move. Do you have some invalid setting? After to run your C Program to set all parameters in KFLOP you can Upload the parameters to the KMotion Screens to be sure the settings are all the same.
