I have an old Hurco KM-3, yesterday it was running fine then just stopped with a motion error in the middle of a run. Now when I restart it and try and calibrate it I get a servo error on Z. When I try and move it manually I get motion errors on all 3 axis, don't matter which one I try and move I get a motion error on that axis.

Also there is supposed to be 4 green lights on the Servo logic board I am only seeing 3, the PBU light is not lit. The relay board has no lights on.

OK, I switched out the start button that did nothing. I did that because when I hit start I don't hear the servos come on and the screen flickers when I hit the power button. Still not working

If you are missing the PBU (power buss up) then it may be the little transformer is bad, there is a fuse blown on the fault logic board (the one with all the green and yellow LEDs on) or the ACC contactor has issues.
