    The gremlins are gone!

Well I got my new board from John Thursday and got it all installed. Had a very strange problem that the 12v wasn't working. John stayed with me on the phone for hours and saturday morning I woke up and decided to unplug everything and check if the 12v started working. Finally got it to work. May have been a plug not seated correctly of may have been that I plugged wires in wrong. For my ego I am going to say it wasn't seated correctly

Did a nice easy cut yesterday and it sounded and ran better. Today did some aggressive cutting and it was day and night better. No estops, no problems at all. It may be just me hoping but the whole mill ran better. Cuts seemed nicer and I could finally run at recommended speeds.

Here is what I finished up today:

Still have a bunch to get done to get caught up but with the mill purring like a kitten I am not worried about it...

Glad to hear you go it sorted out. My machine has been a rock! I just go out, turn it on, and make chips!
