Hello, I am running SprutCAM 8 Build 1.0 Rev 63896 x86
I am working on setting up two different machine offsets G54 & G55, but before I had reached that point I thought I would try and machine the parts from one workpeice .
With two identical parts (GoodPart) it runs fine. When I change the size in X and Y of the second the tool crashes (BadPart)

I am new to SprutCAM so the problem is probably operator error!

I was actually able to use the two identical parts (GoodPart) to use G54 and G55 to machine the individual parts.

David,
I cant open the file(sprut7) here, but to do multiple parts I draw them in CAD, 5 parts to one piece of stock, then export it as a multiple part, then import that into Sprut and just use g54, its easier for me to do it that way.

It may be worth trying........

So it was operator error, I was trying to mill outside the PCNC 1100's work envelope!
