I have a monarch c 10 with fanuc 11t control when I power up I ge EX15,EX13,EX6, &EX2 alarms when I clear them I getSV 030 & OT008 just put a new I\o board in 3 months ago and it solved the problem till last week when it happened again. found a few wire shorts and replaced the board again but still has the same faults

I have a mill with an 11m that had a -y axis over travel alarm after experiencing a brownout. I think that a parameter somehow was changed or reset. After looking through the machine's ladder I noticed there were several extra coils in the y axis logic that were preventing movement in the - direction. My post is located here: http://www.cnczone.com/forums/fanuc/...vel-alarm.html I don't know if this will be the same in your case, but it might be interesting to see what rungs are lit up and which are not. I found the line by activating the -y limit switch on my machine. At the minimum, you could verify that the rungs are fully lit and the problem is elsewhere.
