Anyone out there have a little time to do a few drawings for me from some dimensions so that they can be machined.
They can be in CATIA, Solidworks, AutoCAD.. as long as I get the resulting .DXF, .DWG, .PRT, .SPRT, etc. file.
First item is a master die set for a 35 ton OBI stamping/punch press. The upper and lower plates are both 1.2500" thick A36 Blanchard ground steel plate painted red on the edges. Torch cut oversize then machine finished on the edges. Both plates are is 13" x 18". There are 3/8"-16tpi tapped holes in a specific pattern for die mounting. I have dimensions of the tapped hole pattern. the die set has built in plain bearing guide posts and bearings that can be downloaded and added to the drawing from the Danly/IEM Site. There's also a

I do have a few hand sketches for the rest of the parts that need drawings. There's 5 other parts that needs drawings including 4 sizes of clamp/hold downs, a special arbor flange washer, a handle, and a 13"x16" 1018 Steel fixture plate with 1/4"-20tpi tapped holes.
