No a smooth cut and need to add bevel

I am trying to build myself a vacuum table.

I have draw a simple grid with 6 holes. The grid is all single lines as well as the border.
I plan to use a 6mm endmill to cut 6mm deep. I have set the path to cut on the line.

In my code test, I noticed that the spindle cut the lines not as a single line cut but rather short pieces as if the lines as all small sections. So it cut from intersection to intersection, then stop and cut the next section. Why is this?

The second thing I need help on. I cannot seem to set an offsett for my 60Degrees Bevel bit to bevel the edges.

I attached the Aspire file - and will appreciate some advice / help!

    I noted:
If I select the horizontal lines, then I can add a bevel on the inside as well as the outside. But if I select the vertical lines, I cannot add a bevel on the inside or outside. Any ideas how I can solve this?

Why do all your vectors have so many nodes? I don't draw much in Aspire, but if I did, straight vectors would have two nodes. Yours have 17-25 each? I'd say the issue has something to do with the order of the nodes?

I'd delete all the horizontal and vertical vectors with all the nodes.
Draw one horizontal and one vertical with 2 nodes each (start and endpoints), and use Array to create all the rest. should have no issues then.

The nodes you have maybe causing you issues "if" Mach3 is setup for "exact stop". It will pause at each node point, change to "constant velocity" but do not turn on any options. Also set line "look ahead" to 200 or more.
The reason you can't offset vertical lines is the lines have a loop at the top. Use node mode to see the start point of the line part way down the line. you can drag the loop out and trim away. Personally I would create all new lines without all the nodes.
