Question Fanuc 0-MD control on Yang SMV-600 4th axis deactivation

    Hi everybody,

in the last week we purchase a machine type Yang smv-600 with Fanuc 0-MD control.
We powered it up, and than we realised that there is some alarms in the system.

    Alarms:
    349 4 Axis Communication error
    408 and 447 4th axis alarms

Also in the position page, there is a 4th axis.

The seller disassemble the 4th axis (I think it was a round axis)
The encoder cables and the motor module was not in the electrical cabinet.

    Question:

I would like to deactivate the 4th axis, but I don t find any exact parameter what defines the number of axis or 4th axis activation/deactivation.
Anyone can help me how it works in Fanuc 0-MD?

(I called Fanuc technical support, they told me that we need to contact the machinebuilder and ask an approval, because we need to change a SW option)
I hope there is an easier way to solve it.

I attached the parameter list of the machne

    Thanks,
