    Exclamation FANUC Oi MATE TD - Chuck turns at 840 rpm, control shows 1000 rpm

    In a CNC Lathe with FANUC Oi MATE TD control, we are programming 1000 rpm but the chuck turns at 840 rpm.

    The encoder in the machine is a Alpha i position coder A860-2109-T302

    With this problem, the machine cannot manufacture threads, the pitch of the threads is not correct.

    please help us.

    check what are the values for these parameter
    normal should be the first one
