G540 fried? Won't come out of fault now

Hey, I have been operating my machine for several months with (little to) no issues. The other day I had multiple occasions where during machining I would get "External E-stop requested" and I'd have to unplug the g540 power supply and re-start. On the last one though, I got the same error but now I cannot get my g540 to come out of fault mode.

Even with unplugging all the motors and turning the charge pump off I can't get the green light to come on. If I read this correctly, then turning charge pump off should always give it a green light.

Is there something else I could try to get it back into 'green light' mode?

It doesn't seem like I would need to rewire anything, but I'll try it if nothing else works. Thank you very much for any help. I am completely clueless right now.

after looking at the initial tests for the G540 :-
    http://www.geckodrive.com/gecko/imag...itialSetup.pdf

I'd bypass the E stop switch with a wire link connecting terminals 10 & 12
to prove the switch or the E-stop wiring is not the problem

if it still remains in fault mode the have a look inside for signs of damage or stray bits of metal

    next give gecko a call

I would of expected a faulty G250 stepper driver to blow the internal fuse so both of the LED indicators would be off
to prove if a faulty G250 is tripping the over current detector you could unplug the mother board from
the four G250 stepper driver boards

Gecko drive com will talk you through all the tests you can do

I have read some Gecko drive customers have had problems when using some brands of switch mode power supply
