Multiple profile operation tool path issue

    Hello,

I have a problem when running a tool path for multiple profiles in one operation. The operation is set to the left which should be inside the pocket (see screen shot). Yet 3 of the paths are outside or opposite side of the path. I haven't made any changes that i believe would cause this. The project is a Star Wars Empire logo.

    Any thoughts? Thanks

You can edit every single path for right or left side. At the geometry.

1st, the direction of the geometry selected affects the tool position (left or right). 2nd, as explained, you can change whether the tool will be at the left or right inside the profile operation parameter. if you don't have a good practice at the 1st control, you will always need to play with the 2nd control.

It is always recomended to work at left side of the geometry (whan you work m3), so you sould change the direction of your particular paths that goes to the wrong direction.

by default, the profile operation is always at left. It is recommended to use climb cut for profile operation. if you are cutting inside wall, geometry direction must be CCW. if you will be cutting outer wall, geometry direction must be CW. You make this a habit, you don't need to worry about left or right inside the profile parameter.

    Gentleman,

I do recall not all of the paths going the same direction. I'll make your information practice. Thank you for your help.
