Hi all, i have problem with my Solidcam pp.
-my helical milling is going thrue point, not spiral and helical interpolation,
as you may see, my aproach is good but rest of milling wont go thrue I J K and i desperatly need that.
I tryed to edit PRP and GPP files but no success.

do you mind sharing your cam part so i can take a look? you can't expect IJK if it is moving in linear (G1) so i don't see any problem with your NC file. i will need to see your cam part to see what can be done.

i see the issue... you don't want to have line moves and prefer to get arc moves due to controller issue.... nothing is wrong with your post processor or prp file. If your intention is just to cut that hole with arc moves, don't use HSM operation. HSM operation uses target (surface or solid) so therefore it creates lines. You can either use profile operation instead. Let me check if I can force HSM to create arc moves instead of lines, although I tried changing tolerance but did not help.

Yes but when i use profile cuts, i might not be able to use it with conical shapes and a bit more complex shapes with complex angles.
Am i right?

you still can use profile for simple conical shapes or any shape as long as the top and bottom profile is the same, shapes that are tapered with top and bottom having the similar profile.

in the misc parameter, uncheck the option approximate arcs by lines and see if it will give you more arc moves than linear.
