Hello,

I am a software engineer and a circuit board designer in the mean time I tried to use my CNC I purchased for creating a circuit board out of copper plated boards the shaft on the spindle motor was bent *cough* cheap chinese made crap so I replaced it with a 350W motor and again the cheap crap burnt up my power supply and controller boards.
I have purchased a 3Axis USB E-Cut Mach 3 Controller board and 3 TB6560 controllers as well as two power supplys one is a 250W 24v the other is a 650W 48v adjustable power supply.
My E-Cut controller board doesnt seem to work so time to get a refund and find the next usb board I will be using.
Hi all, I am a field service tech. I joined the forum because sometimes there are problems with a machine that may have me stumped and I just need a fresh perspective from someone else. I travel all over so if i can answer any questions I will. feel free to PM or email me. thanks

I hope to share what I know aboute CNC with the knowledge of the forum
I am new to (<1 month) 3D printing as a hobbyist, and working with a friend to expand our small business to include the 3D printing field. Currently, we're working toward metal casting from printed items. I found CNC Zone while researching the cost of getting a CNC router up and running.

Hi all,
I just completed building my first CNC Router table and am excited to start making some sawdust. I live in Salt Lake City, Utah and own a franchise print shop. My intent is to learn from this small CNC in order to be more knowledgeable before I attempt to build a larger machine to produce signage for our customers.
Hello Everyone,
I'm gathering infos on Laser engraving machine for a few weeks now and I've look into your forum a lot.
Now I know that I'm gonna get a machine soon so I will probably need your advice and your experience.
Hi all, I've been lurking here a few weeks now trying to learn all I can about my new 40w CO2 Laser, figured I'd finally join the site!
I'm a design specialist by day and at night I try to make my cheap Chinese laser do what I want lol. Glad I found you guys! many questions to come!
Hi everyone I am an electrical engineering student emphasizing in audio electronics and I run a small "company" manufacturing guitar and bass effect pedals. I just bought the Zentoolworks 7x7 CNC machine a few days ago (still waiting for it to arrive) and am super excited to get into the world of CNC!
I am new to cnc but very familiar with building 3d printers. Hopefully it wont be much different. Im starting a solsylva build log so check it out!
I retired From Woodcraft in 2011 and purchased a Laguna CNC machine and started my home based business, CNC Magic. In July of 2014, I purchased an Epilog Helix 60 watt laser and have had great rewards from that purchase. My web site is www.cncmagicdesign.com. The site is home made but shows some of my work. I enjoy the design aspects as much as I do the actual production of products. Ninety percent of what I do is custom one-off designs.
Hi there
About 15 years ago I used to run a set of CNC machines for an R/C plane company called Flair Products, sadly now a shadow of it's former self due to a couple of numpty like guys who bought the company then ran it badly. Used and acted as agent for step4CNC. Ran a basic 540 machine. Also had a big american CNC machine the name of which escapes me but I do fondly remember rewiring the Y axis when the original cable failed. On the side I used to sharpen broken carbide bits to engrave copper sheet to assuage my artistic side.
Drawing up a Tom Mcguire based, single sided, PCB with added opto isolators at the moment to make a three axis machine of some description. All very fuzzy at the moment unlike the finance which, by contrast, is sharply non existant.

Hello everyone
I am a fresh man of CNC, I wanna learn something from cnczone
Hello All,
I'm a middle aged tool addicted guy in his garage. I fix tools for a living. Everything from basic power tools to production woodworking equipment. A "maintence technician" is what I call my self. I basicly do whatever is needed to keep this large word working shop running. My boss likes older tools so I do a lot of restoration work on the pieces of junk he drags in. I like it though. It keeps me learning. My passion is restoration on vintage pinball machines, slots, brass cash registers, etc. Over the last few months I bought a X2 mini mill and a south bend 9" lathe. I want to convert the mill to cnc. That's what brought me here. I've learned if I want to get accurate info on a subject, go find someone passionate about it. Looks like I've found you.
