I've been making little parts with the CNC Sherline (SpectraLight LMC0200) mill and have grown tired of standing there with the shopvac or brush to keep chips out of harms way. I bought a little airbrush compressor a couple of nights ago off of Craigslist, and decided that I want to make a Fogbuster clone. I'm not there yet, but I do have air now. Spent some time this afternoon at the lathe and big mill making this little bracket and nozzle. I've used a MIG welder tip, and just threaded each end of an aluminum tube for the hose and the MIG tip. The airbrush hose uses something new to me, an 1/8" BSP thread. Turns out it's so much easier to work with for stuff like this, just 28tpi straight thread, and bore to ID.

It's a bad pic, but it was running and I wanted the chips to stay inside.
