　　Electrode nozzle of CNC plasma cutting machine is the regular consumable, which should be changed into new part after constantly using 3 to 4 hours. But in actual processing process, many customers reflected that the service time of this consumable was lower than the average. What on earth is the reason to cause too much consumption of electrode nozzle of CNC plasma cutting machines?

Many of our customers would like to turn on the power and make current intensity reach its upper limitation, even the thickness of cutting materials does not request the plasma power to reach the upper limitation. In order to improve cutting speed and efficiency, our customers would use cutting machines with 100% current intensity, which would cause overloading of electrode nozzle (over the working current of the nozzle) and damage to the nozzle easily. It is proper to make current intensity 95% of the operating current of the nozzle. For example, current intensity of 100A nozzle should be settled about 80 to 60A. Do not change the current intensity casually, but change under a certain situation.
