    Thanks , for the suggestions
I was just about to buy Susa... but then it starts asking me for registaration etc etc ... so I thought I'd check here before I went through all that ! ...
I'm cutting out the words, so Susa suits well because it has not tapered lines ... it's pretty uniform.

Looks like I'l register and buy it

    Thanks again

Here are 2 pictures of the sprockets I cut. The second picture is the sprocket next to a stock 1952 Monark Bicycle one.

If you are looking for shareware try Inkscape or Win-topo.

Your artwork is terrible, much higher resolution is necessary if you want crisp lines.

    Hope this helps,

    Jeff...

I use 60 degree V-bit, but it depends on how you want to engrave it.

I have seen one of Christ's face on a cross but I understand it is impossible to get and I want to make something for a friend so this will have to do.

I can make this for you in 3d as a dxf file if you are still looking for it.

I tried to trace it but the results were not good. A larger image would give much better results.

    Jeff,
When I tried to open your dxf in AutoCad LT is says "invalid or incomplete"
    Any idea why?
