Need help on "resetting." Checked the optical cable (it was bad). Still had issues. Switched out SVP board, still had issues. Following is the error/alarm message:

1. What was initial problem? It would be nice to know detailed story since the very start. Machine was moved from point "A" to "B" and so on ...
2. Ask local Okuma dealer for help with SVP error. They can communicate with troubleshooter who has access to Okuma service docummentation
Machine was turned off at end of shift. Next day, machine gave an Alarm P 65 SVP start. A couple of days previous, the shop (the entire block) lost a "leg" of the 3phase power... but machine was shut down and run when the power leg was restored. Ran two days w/ no issues. Third day, Alarm P 65 SVP start.
SVP card from another machine was shifted over, but there may be a version issue w/ the cards. The optical cable will be replaced this coming week.

SVP must be jumpered. Sure, you can check suspicious SVP module on other machine. Hope, the replacement of optical cable will solve the problem
