    AutoLoader

This some may find interesting. An AutoLoading system for the 1100 (or 770) If the vid is not clear, these are the steps.
    1. switches coolant M8-M9 control to loader
    2. opens vise
    3. grips part
    4. blows jaws clean
    5. removes part
    6. picks new part
    7. place part in vise
    8. closes vise
    9. switches back to M8-M9 control back to coolant.
It is on youtube "Tormach Auto Loader 007"
Like I told my boss 30 years ago, I am not loading parts in a CNC machine.
I have a remote view screen to keep an eye on the mill or watch it on my pc.
There is also a remote shut down if something goes wrong. Air pressure from
the ATC is monitored, the Autoloader air pressure regulator is also monitored,
and spindle RPMs are monitored off the spindle. all picked up by the camera.

Normally the parts are shielded. For a better view of it working I left it out. I am adding an air slide to move the gripper up and down,
then pick the parts out of a box to keep all swarf away. Thank you for loading the video of it.

I have been a manual machinist for 31 years. 2012 when I got my 1100 Tormach is only when really started using computers or CNC.
Most of my work is one part farm equipment repair, so the 1100 gets a lot of odd one of a kind parts to machine. I did follow Tormach videos on the robotic arm to load parts but cost and the computer stuff was way over my head. I need this auto loader for parts I do for a mud motor company.
