Came in this morning and fired up the TC3 and I'm getting an error "PM INVALID SWITCH STATES". I'm pretty sure it's the tool changer behaving badly as TC not homing. The retracted proximity switch is lit. If I attempt to home the carousel I get the same error. If I attempt to load the carousel I get an error "PM Z-Move: Tool-Changer Not Safe". I can rotate the carousel one position at a time using the index button on the spindle.
Is there a way to read the switch states in the maintenance window?

Sorted it out after tracing some voltages. Cleaned up the connector on the extended proximity switch. I suspect the connector at fault. At least it's working again.
