The reason I ask is that I have only one reseller in my area and they dont want to budge an inch. I am upgrading my level 3 router with 4 axis curve to 5 axis with solids and productivity+ (which it seemed was included in X7 but apparently not) plus a post to run a 5 axis Hurco (which they are charging thousands for) plus an extra 500 bucks to get the post to work with productivity+ (!?!??).
All totaled it is almost 12 grand and they wont negotiate on price or throw in any training even thou they have regular training sessions anyway.
Do i have any recourse or another avenue to explore?

Yes dealers have territorys and are not aloud to cell in otheres unless CNC says it is ok. you need to contact CNC software if you know longer want to speak with this dealer.

PS Solids has never been included and the probing option as stated a option is a add-on. The post is it a 5axis as I look at the cost of what you want?
