Hello,
I just received and installed a laser machine in JCUT and I have a problem,
the laser does not start.
on the PC I use a MPC6515 card with lasercut5.3 software.
lasercut5.3 on when I press "laser" nothing happens
I can move the axes with orinateur and also directly on the machine.
you have an idea or it may come?

2 NO LASER ,how about the laser power led lights?

Have you checked that the connections to the water flow safety switch are secure?

I know their machines quite well.:devious:
Reasons:
1. water circulation: if you have chiller, please check its line, and make sure there is water in the tube.
2. The location of the magnet near the working table. The right one will be as the attachment.

the problem is solved, it was a bad connection between the cooler and the machine. He also had a bad contact after the laser power.
So I tested a dxf file with laser cut, but decoupe me "line by line" instead of the etched continuously.
Do you know how to continue?

Hi ,
First ,correct the mode in software：engrave ;
Second ,corrent the figure "scan gap " in engrave mode , this figure too big ,it will line by line , try 0.04 ,it will get more accurate and etched continuoulsy .
