I'm almost ready to launch a new version of the app and server applet that has MUCH better support for webcams.

Basically, I've changed the mindset for webcams. All you need to do is plug the webcam into your Mach machine, select the proper device in the server applet and go. Of all the support emails I get, 99% are about webcam compatibility. This should solve a lot of those problems and make hooking up a webcam much, much, easier.

Looks like an excellent app, but I am running into a brick wall with my applet install! I'm installing on an XP SP3 machine, I've updated to the latest .net update that I can (btw, the link on your install page is dead), and I've tried to run the "Mach Pendant Install.msi" file as an administrator and this message keeps popping up (attached).

Any clues? I'm dead in the water and pondering this purchase!!!

Well, it's now 9 days later and I still haven't gotten a response yet.

I am still getting the same message. My own feeble uneducated research seems to point to the coding in the install program the person wrote for the PC side of the pendant software.

But I am not a software programmer, so I could be 100% wrong!

Has anyone else experienced this issue or am I the only one so far?

Does anyone have PC applet install file for me? I downloaded the app on my Ipad but I cannot get the PC applet beacuse www.machpendant.com is down and has been for some time.

Apologies, our server host provider changed IPs on December 25th and I hadn't noticed. Back up now.

Looks like it still selling and site still up not sure how good support is though but I am gonna give it a try later in the week.
