    Lightbulb Haas Factory Support

    Please contact Haas directly to troubleshoot your issues. I try to monitor this forum and others, but I cannot provide the same support as a global network(group) of service and application engineers.

    For Service issues, please use:

    Contacting Haas:
    800-331-6746 (This will route your call to the local HFO, based on the area code of the call.)
    805-278-8500 (Main line for the Service Loop. The options are - Parts #1, Apps #2, Service #3)
    888-817-4227 (Toll-Free version of main line for the Loop. This is the number on the sticker on the front of the machine.)
    805-278-8646 (To dial a direct extension at the factory)
    805-278-1800 (Haas Factory Reception)

    Ken, good info cut and pasted.
    But..what if you don't really have a problem, but would just like to complain and moan in general? Is there a phone option # for that? :stickpoke
