    TORNOS ENC 262 FANUC O-T CONTROL HELP...

    After ram parity high 911 alarm we changed the memory pcb board.We only load parameters and diagnos. manually we don't have macro backup.and work the machine.The machine can go to zero makes all manual commands.but when we write a program to machine it makes first command and stops.Even if we changed the first command it stops again.

    for example we write;

    M08
    S2000 M04
    G160H9810
    G160H9901
    ....
    ....
    ...

    It makes the command M08 and stops.If you write S2000M04 As first command it again makes the command and stops.
    We have a problem in cycling I think.Would you please help me...

    When the cycle stops, does the CYCLE START light stay lit? If so, it is a feedhold condition. If not, the control may have been put in SINGLE mode by the ladder. It could be a safety interlock, such as chuck air pressure, open door.

    Look at the soft over travel parameters (700,701) and the axis coordinate systems preset values.

    we solve the axis problem.By changing the parameter.Now I can answer your question.When the cycle stops CYCLE START LIGHT turns off.So is it a SINGLE MODE problem by the ladder?If so what can I do for this?

    Thank you.

    Sorry I made a mistake because of the low brightness of the led.Cycle start light doesn't turn off.It is still lighting.So it is a feedhold condition as you said.Do you have an idea to solve this?

    Is the Feedhold light on?
    You may have to look at the inputs to the ladder in order see which one can cause a Feedhold condition.
