IMPORTANT:
Need someone who can open, quote and work from Solidworks files (2009 or newer).
Please don't ask me for PDF files or AutoCAD prints at this stage.
What I can do is output anything SW will export to: IGES, STEP, STL, ProE, etc.

I need four of this part:

Both are 3 inches long.

This is for prototyping.

For production we are going to have custom extrusions made. The machining in that case will be limited to hole-making, threading and cutting slots on the one part.

HELP: I am looking for a good short-run extruder (25 to 100lbs) to run these extrusions through for production. I've contacted a couple already. Any recommendations on this would be most welcome.


Also need a set of 1/4 nominal steel rods cut to length, chamfered and a flat cut (D-profile) along the the entire length (two lengths, about 4 inches and 8 inches).
