    v-groove

    Wanted to cut a v-groove(90 degree) on a vertical mill. Want to know what is the best tool to accomplish the task. The material is high carbon steel. The top of my v-grooves will vary from 1/4 to 1/8 width at their widest, and the bottoms need to be as sharp as possible.

    Other options have been explored, but I would like to pursue buying tooling instead of having to orientate the part multiple times to the tool.
