    Tormach scanner issues

    I have been trying for a couple days to get this scanner to work and am having a problem. I think I have everything set right. When I hit Scan it goes back to the set point and I get a message..waiting for camera to stop but nothing is happening and then it times out. I'm pretty new to this and was thrown to the wolves to figure it out and am not doing well.

    The message should be "waiting for camera to stop shaking" which is about a 2 second pause, and then the image is scanned and then the table moves to the next scanning position.
    I would uninstall the software (using Windows) then reinstall.
    If the program still doesn't work, contact Tormach.
