FANUC ALARM 310,320,330 AXIS NEED ZRN ON MF-M4 CONTROL

I HAVE A FEW ALARMS ON A FANUC MF-N4 (FANUC OMC) CONTROL ON A MORI SEIKI M300 PARTNER MACHINE. DOES ANYONE HAVE A PROCEDURE FOR RESETING THESE ALARMS FOR THIS PARTICULAR CONTROL?

    STOP SHOUTING!

MFM4 control on that old of machine should still have zero return switches. Power up the machine, cycle the door, and just zero return it. If not, post back.

    sshhh... ok.

This machine does have zero return P.B. for each of the axis. When we do a zero return for any of the axis, they end up overtraveling. We thought maybe parameters were screwed up. We did find the parameter values set at -99999999 for each of the (x,y,z) axis.
Only these pram were different from backup params.
PARAM 700-702 (stroke limits) (-99999999) should be (1000)
    PARAM 508-510 (grid shift settings)
    PARAM 739-741 (pulse counter data)
    PARAM 755-779 (zero point offsets)
We reset them back to original values indicated on our back up parameters along with other parameters for the x,y,z axis'. Thought maybe batteries had fialed, but the batteries are ok. Odd thing is that only the parameters for the X,Y,Z axis were different from original backup parameters.

Might want to put those back for now. Hold CAN and the P button during power up, keep holding till the control is booted. Then do Zero return. Watch the Z axis height during a tool change, make sure the arm grabs the tool SMOOTHLY. If the height is off, it will damage the cam in the arm after a while.

All parameters are back to the way they were. Tried P + CAN during power up and released untill machine completely boot up. Tried Zeroing Z axis and got HARD overtravel alarm. Tried with the other axis' after reseting O.T. condition on Z and got the same for the other two axis. The O.T. condition was the original problem on this machine prior to changing the parameters to backup values.

It shouldnt hard OT, should see the switch for decel first. Try bumping the grid shift number by a value of 1 on each axis, power down and re-zero. If that doesn't do it, you will need to check for proper operation of the zero return switches.

all parameters are back the way they were befoe we went into the macine to try and solve the problem. What is happening is that I am getting alarms 310,320,330 axis need zeroing. We zero out the axis' and they all move towards home position but stop way off of the original home position. All three axis are at leas 3 to 4 iches away from actually reaching the origianal home position. Is their a procedure to reset the home position back to where they were before. Is their someway someone could have "fat fingered" a setting that would have caused all three axis to be this far off their home position or could it have been a memory problem?
I did find the decel switch on the Z axis was constantly on because of oil buildup on the wire terminals. That has been taken care of and the switch is working fine as well as the other switches.
