Hah! My three year old was in the garage with me and requested that she get it back for the second time. I couldn't convince her that I needed to keep it, so I managed to swing a trade for a rubber frog. I guess future videos will show that one... *sigh*

I have the ring, but only use half of it, and shoot from the side. Works great for what I do.

That's a pretty good idea. In fact, since I have three ports to connect coolant hoses to, I could disassemble the ring and do something like putting three nozzles on each hose. Might minimize or eliminate coolant nozzle adjustments. Perhaps I'll test that next.

Nice job on the coolant modifications and thanks for posting the process in so much detail. I'm sure the effort is appreciated by many others here.

I noticed your comment about standoff on the drain fittings inside the tray and it reminded me of a bulkhead fitting that Banjo makes:

3/4" X 1" Threaded Flange EPDM PP Bolted Tank Flange

The interesting feature is that it is designed so that the inside volume of the tank it is attached to (or tray in this case) can be completely drained. The smallest size they make is 3/4-in and I needed a 1/2-in size for a project at work so I designed my own. I can supply PDF drawings for that if anyone is interested. The tray probably needs at least a 1-in size and my drawings could be easily adapted for something larger than 1/2-in. The drawings supplied by Banjo at the above link may provide enough info for shop-built design as well.

Re: Full Enclosure and Coolant System Upgrade

I've improved the cover over the control cabinet. Here's the video:
