    RFQ for Sheet Metal Work

I'm not good with the Drafting Part but attached is a JPG

2 parasolids can be provided upon request. To be made from .071 6061-T6 Aluminum. Flat pattern size is 24.75" long x approx 5.5". Best option is probably to Laser or Waterjet, then brake form. There are also 2 small hooks in the back, would need 50 of each side.

    thanks,
    Rob

Edited to add drawing. Can't figure out how to covert to PDF.

You can't form 6061 (much) it just breaks, you need to look at utility grade aluminum, normal stock is 3003.
Also you will need to pick .063 or .080 for standard thicknesses.
I will quote them this way if you email me a dimensioned print complete with a tolerance schedule along with the parasolid (or SolidWorks if you can).

Not true. The minimum bend radius for .071 T6 is .22, for .08 is .25. All bend radii are modeled as .250 so that should be fine. I can e-mail you a parasolid if you leave your e-mail, I'm haven't got the drafting portion of this down so I can't really give you a good print. But .080 would be fine for thickness.

It is true I have bent some 6061 you may have noticed the word (much) in my previous post, it has always been a "challenge".
I will not quote this job using 6061 material due to my experiences. If you wish to use 1100, 3003, 5052 or 6063 I will be happy to quote, otherwise I respectfully decline.
