    Motors only run one direction

Just getting the mill up and running for the first time. What I have:
    KL-5056D x 2 (X and Y)
    KL-8070D for my Z

    X and Y motors are KL23H2100-50-4B
    Z motor is KL34H295-43-8A

    KL-DB25RS Breakout Board

Breakout board and I am regretting this as there is no info that I can find other than a crayon drawing and a diagram showing what pins are.

Okay so my major issue was that this the motors would not move at all until I realized that the breakout board was preventing the motors from running. Fixed that and setup Mach for the E-Stop.

Now the motors will only turn CCW....

    Anyone have any ideas? please

I replaced my BOB with one from cnc4pc and they work well. I am having a problem with motor tuning although. The do not run at the advertised speeds without them locking up (missing steps and making an awful noise).

Was searching the forums for this same problem, solved mine, so maybe this will work for you too. Keling schematic says 5V to PUL+ and DIR+, and control wires to PUL- and DIR- (from breakout or parallel). Try putting control wires to PUL+ and DIR+, and PUL- and DIR- to ground. Worked for meee!

Re: Motors only run one direction

I know this thread is old but it's a bear to download that pdf. It seems to have an error so I'm sharing this picture of it.
