I am comfortable using Rhinocam, which I learned in school, but my new CNC has dual spindles and from my understanding, Rhinocam does not support dual spindles. Is there any way around this? Can I set up a Macro in the post processor?

I have never heard of RhinoCam running dual spindles, but I think your best be would be to contact Mecsoft direct at (949) 654-8163. Unfortunately, the RhinoCam forums don't seem to have a lot of activity so calling has yielded the best results for me.
If your spindles are running independently, than you should just treat them as different tools, and your control software should handle the spindles.
What are you expecting, for the CAM to offset the g-code for one of the spindles?
