    Exclamation Linear Scale Fagor

    We had a bad Fagor Linear scale (M-124) (Broke) so have replaced with 5V TTL scale with same 5 micron resolution but we get two error:

    Manual move: Error 069 W axis travel overrun ( checked no hardware limit)
    Homing: 073 W axis following error. Adjust gain of drive but no help.

    Before scale broke machine running very well no alarm.

    Also I am not able to get data for M-124 scale.

    Please suggest any possible reason for error.

    Controller FAGOR 8020MG (4 axis milling)

    Never heard of a fagor m-124 scale... double check the model. Did you replace with the same model?

    Please see the attached picture.

    I forgot to reply , problem is solved A and B wires are reversed as wrong data given by scale supplier.
