My DIY CNC machine from AutomatedWoodworks is in full operation. It was a difficult build, as there was no (0) support from the author of these plans. Anyway the design was solid, and I managed to get all things going. Now it's just a matter of adding some extras.
I purchased the new In-Groove router bits for signs, and I think they are a very good bit. I managed to break one, but all my fault so I can't complain. Here is a sign I did for a Sears store that does service.
