Hello all,

I'm having trouble zeroing the Z axis. The control is an 8025MGK that just came back from Fagor where they replaced the ECU and a ribbon cable. The X and Y axis zero no problem, but tell the Z axis to go home and it approaches the home switch, hits it and stops for a split second, but then creeps by it and continues to the hard limit switch. It is not recognizing the switch as far as setting the axis zero.

This set up doesn't require constant axis homing, and I've only homed the thing a few times in the 10 or so years I've owned it, simply never found a need to do it.

There is a recogonized zero right now that is about .500" out of position, somewhere between the home switch and the limit switch, the - travel stops at the parameter soft limit, about .500" up from where it should be.

Any help is greatly appriciated.

Todd
