TM-3 Screen Started Flickering and then...

    I have a 2007 TM-3. Hours are less than 1000.
A few days ago, the screen started a strange, interference type flicker. Like it was having trouble with the signal, and half of the screen would bend smaller...kinda hard to explain.
Now, the flicker is gone and there is a strong red/pink hue on the left side of the screen. It is legible; it just has a pink hue. It reminds me of the way magnets would change old CRT units....but this is lcd. Tomorrow I will submit a pic to show the color.
    Any thoughts?

Well, there is the problem right there. Who would have a machine for 5 years and run it less than 1000 hours? The machine gremlins have infested it. Now one must make proper homage and sacrifice to the machining gods and pray for absolution.

Or, call Haas. Either there is a loose connection inside the panel, the video card is shot, or the monitor itself is shot.

When mine went out (2006 model) it was like a light switch. There was no warning whatsoever...

That said, 5 or 6 Franklins later and you are back in business. I can't imagine the color change is due to a loose connection though.

They are simple to change yourself.
