Watch hands froms 0.25mm - 0.3mm mild steel

I'm looking for a quote for approx 50 pair of watch hands cut from mild steel plate. ( Hands will be heat treated to a blue color , not sure which would be the best steel to use, we can discuss this.)

    Thickness of hands 0.25mm- 0.3mm.

See attached DXF for shape and sizes

    Size of hands are approx......
    hour hands 14.05mm centre-tip, and 2.05mm wide
    long minute hand 17.75mm centre-tip, 1.48mm wide

I'm guessing stamping would be the ideal way to do this, but tooling costs may be too high. So......water cut? laser? or ?

    best regards, Kalvin
