    More Scraping

I want to learn to scrap and my first project is a 30 year old mill I recently bought. I want to scrap the bearing surfaces of this mill because I want the esthetics of a scraped surface as well as the oil retention and level of a scraped surface. So with this in mind what surfaces should be scraped, and which surfaces should be avoided?

There's a book, "Machine Tool Reconditioning" by Connolloy, that is considered the bible on scraping.
