Hello,
I bought a Hurco CNC machining center BMC25, serial number BN9-004-040, manufactured in 1990. Normally include machine and calibrated. Hand controls and run all three axis function. When you start a program and turn on automatic mode until I pull the stem rises to the starting position. Please advise how to remedy the problem.

Posle izvršene kalibracije mašine startujem program. Vreteno se diže u početni položaj, pri tom se trese bez obzira na brzinu podizanja glave u gornji početni položaj. Kako se pri ručnom pokretanju sve tri ose normalno pomeraju, imam utisak da je neka upravljačka kartica oštećena.

Ne mora da bude, moguće je da je samo parametar brzog posmaka ( koristi se kod dizanja z osi ) krivo podešen. Koji je softver instaliran??

sa ekrana sam prepisao MASTER PROGRAM BMC20-50 ENG V8.60 TURBO/EXACTOR

jel možete poslati sliku upravljačke jedinice ( konzole ) te možda sliku početnog ekrana nakon dizanja sistema ( pretpostavljam Ultimaxa ).

Off course, i am sorry. He told me that everything is ok when he is driving axis except when machine is going with Z axis in tool change height. I ask him for software version and servo pack type. Do you have any ideas? I think only the fast move servo parameter is wrong in software...

Ask him to reduce the rapid traverse rate in machine parameters and see if it runs ok. He may need to adjust the gain on the servo amp.
His machine came from England (a company called Impcross engineering).

Yes, it's true, the machine arrived from England. I reduced the rapid traverse - General Parameters (1000,5000,6000) machine - shake at raising the spindle to the starting position.

Broken encoder coupling? (Between the encoder and ballscrew).

Are the encoders on all three axis Hurco bmc25 the same type? Can be confused with each other, in order to test their validity?

Yes they are.

We replaced the encoders, check the coupling, the error persists.
Does anyone have a power scheme (wiring diagrams) z / s Smart Axis 415-0176-017 and 415-0177-003 Machine Personality.
What could be error?

What you can not see, I'll try to explain. The machine had an error, could not start.
Servicer noted contamination boards (they were covered with a layer of oil and metal shavings).
After cleaning the plate, the machine starts up normally, but part of my programs with which I worked was deleted.
Programs that want to go, can not be realized due to the mentioned error.
