CNC Router for under 7k machine suggestions needed

I'm looking into either a cnc mill or router for mainly cutting softer materials like acrylic and aluminum though I would like the option to be able to cut stainless down the road. If I were to go with a mill I would probably go with the Industrial Hobbies cnc retro fit mill. So what are some comparable routers I can look at? Comparable meaning mostly by price. I plan to make dealer buttons and sell them on ebay as a start then take on other buisness pursuits with which ever machine I get. There is already a guy on ebay making dealer buttons with a lazer engraver, his work is an example of what I would be doing but I plan to get more elaborate. Check out what I'm talking about here http://premierpokerbuttons.com/customdealerbuttons.html

    Thanks -Mark

You won't be able to cut stainless with a router, without changing the spindle and adding a coolant setup to it.

Ok well lets throw stainless out of the equation. Wouldn't I likely be adding a cutting fluid system to either machine for aluminum anyway?

Anybody I'm just looking for some suggestions for good cnc routers I could get into for that price. After looking at some I'll be able to decide if I would rather have a router or mill. Thanks -Mark
